Who this affects
An iframe has no name, so it is announced only as "frame" when a user moves into it.
How to fix it
Add a title attribute to the iframe describing what it contains.
How much work is it?
Usually a content edit. That is a rough guide for planning, not an estimate for your codebase. A single content edit repeated across a template is a template change.
