What to expect

• First reply within one working day. That is a target we hold ourselves to, not a contractual commitment on a free product.
• Removal requests are answered the same day. If a Statement about your site should not be reachable, say so and we take it down before we discuss anything else.
• We will tell you when we do not know. Including when the honest answer is that a person has to check your site by hand.

Things worth writing to us about

• A finding you think is wrong. False positives are bugs, and we want them.
• An Assessment that failed on a Property that works in your browser.
• A sentence anywhere on this site that overstates what we can do.
• An accessibility barrier in our own product. We treat these as urgent.
• Removing a Statement, or deleting your account and everything attached to it.

Reporting a security problem

Email the same address with “security” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access other people’s data.

Our own accessibility

We run our own engine against our own pages on every change, and a failure stops the release. Automation cannot sign off the rest, so if something here does not work with your screen reader, keyboard, or magnifier, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
